TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGOLI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities - Service interruptions or data loss - Third-party actions or content OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algoli, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use of the Services - Your violation of these terms - Your violation of any rights of another party - Your data or content We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.

Either party may terminate this agreement: You may: - Cancel your subscription at any time - Export your data before termination - Receive a pro-rata refund for prepaid unused services (if applicable) We may suspend or terminate your account if: - You violate these terms - Your account is inactive for 12+ months - We discontinue the Services (with 30 days notice) - Required by law Upon termination: - Your access to the Services will cease - We will delete your data within 30 days (unless legally required to retain) - Outstanding fees remain due

We may modify these terms at any time.
